Dr. Neha Rai - MD (MEDICINE) & DM (NEUROLOGY)
Dr. Neha Rai is a Consultant Neurologist at Choithram Hospital and Research Centre, Indore with super specialization (DM) in Neurology from topmost Institute of India, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi .She has a rich experience of more than 11 years of patient service. Her exemplary work, dedicated patient care and good academic performance is appreciated all through her carrier.
She has been a Gold Medallist in MBBS, MD Medicine and DM at AIIMS, Delhi. Her excellence in medicine and neurology adds several awards to her credit. She was honoured by Shri J.P. Nadda, Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare with “ManoharLalSoni Award in Neurology” for excellence in Neurologyand “Shri Mohan Lal Wig Medal” for best clinical research at All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi.
She was also awarded “Shri R C Jal Gold Medal“, “Dr Reddy’s Gold Medal” for excellence in medicine and best post graduate at MGM Medical college,Indore and “Swami Prayavanand Foundation California, USA Medical Service Award ” in appreciation of exemplary service rendered in Maharaja YeshwantRoa Hospital, Indore. Above all she has always been a good human being and a humble, sincere and caring doctor for all her patients.
